Our policy is to keep our customers happy. We understand that at times, something may not be what you are looking for and will accept returns on many items. However, we must be contacted first and returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please keep the item in its original packaging. Stamps with custom bands cannot be returned but can be exchanged.

Our usual policy is that if you get the stamp order to us by 10:30 am, we'll have it ready that afternoon. However, larger orders may take 2-3 days to fill. Stamps with custom bands, such as daters and numberers, may take longer. You will be advised of the lead time it is longer than 2 days. Engraving items are approximately 2-3 days from approval. If you wish to order an item that is not in stock, most of our vendors ship same day and most come in next day. We also can do rush orders. There is a $25 fee associated with this. However, if you order a large order within an hour to closing, there is no guarantee that it can be filled. All times are estimates. Most engraving jobs are done in a smaller time frame, but just in case something goes wrong, we like to have a little leeway. :)

Yes! Our UPS shipping does not include duty and taxes. Those will be the customer's responsibility. Any orders that are cancelled because of this after shipping will be subject to paying the fees associated with the shipping/recovery of the package.

Signature stamps turn out best when the images are either scanned in at 300 dpi or higher. Logos are best submitted via email in .pdf, .eps or .cdr format and in vector format. Please note, all logos will be converted to black and white before printing/engraving so consider how your logo will look when finished.
